As a Marketing Manager for Fundraising and Development, you will play an important role within Stand Together’s Marketing Strategy Team. Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing Strategy for Fundraising and Development, you will support strategic marketing efforts that elevate the organization’s fundraising initiatives. 

The Marketing Manager drives execution of integrated marketing strategies that advance fundraising goals, deepen donor engagement, and strengthen donor leadership Working cross-functionally with editorial, events, fundraising strategy, creative, and operations teams, this role ensures that campaigns are strategically aligned, operationally efficient, and measurable.  

This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring communications are timely, donor-centered, and performance-driven. 

  • Strategic Execution & Campaign Delivery: 
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support fundraising and development goals 
  • Translate fundraising priorities into actionable marketing plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and owners 
  • Define value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with donor and prospect audiences 
  • Build audience segmentation strategies and map communications across the donor lifecycle to nurture, convert, and retain partners 
  • Develop content plans in collaboration with editorial and fundraising strategy to support fundraising goals 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner with editorial to ensure messaging alignment and compelling storytelling 
  • Own and manage cohesive marketing tied to fundraising priorities 
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy, and aligned with stakeholder expectations 
  • Operational Excellence & Performance 

  • Build scalable processes that improve marketing execution and cross-team collaboration 
  • Establish clear performance metrics and measurement frameworks for fundraising marketing efforts 
  • Partner with development operations team to ensure proper tracking of donor engagement, conversions, and attribution 
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and reporting to stakeholders 
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and effectiveness 
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on execution and campaign delivery 
  • Experience in B2B or fundraising marketing environments 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into actionable insights 
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes 
  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
