We are seeking a data-driven analyst to elevate our fundraising effectiveness through insightful analysis, rigorous pipeline management, and operational improvements. In this role, you will transform data into action by partnering closely with Development leadership, Fundraising Strategy, Marketing, Portfolio teams, and Finance to uncover trends, forecast revenue, and optimize portfolio health—enabling our community to scale its impact.

As an analyst, you will join a world class development and fundraising capability supporting the growth and effectiveness of Stand Together. In this role, you will design and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards to drive fundraising decision-making; define and optimize KPIs; improve pipeline and portfolio health through data-backed insights; ensure data quality and integrity across systems; and support strategic analyses that accelerate growth and operational effectiveness.

  • Design and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting that creates visibility into key development metrics and drives decision-making. 
  • Define, monitor, and refine KPIs (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, cycle time, average gift) to generate actionable recommendations for leaders. 
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement best practices to streamline prospecting, qualification, and solicitation workflows. 
  • Build portfolio analytics to assess health and capacity; inform account assignments using data-backed models. 
  • Own data quality routines across Salesforce and related systems; develop rules, monitoring, and remediation to maintain high trust in our data. 
  • Create self-service dashboards (Power BI/Salesforce) and socialize insights through clear narratives and visuals. 
  • Support strategic initiatives (e.g., segmentation, campaign analysis, cohort studies, and trend analysis) to accelerate growth. 
  • Relevant experience or education in development/revenue/sales operations, fundraising analytics, or data analysis roles with measurable impact. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data model) plus experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Excel). 
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas); SQL familiarity a plus. 
  • Strong analytical toolkit including problem-solving, hypothesis framing, experimental design, cohort analysis, and forecasting. 
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for non-technical audiences. 
  • Entrepreneurial bias for action, excellent attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together’s vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
  • Experience with fundraising or sales methodologies and pipeline frameworks (e.g., Moves Management, Shared Vision Opportunity Cycle). 
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines supporting Salesforce (e.g., Snowflake/DBT/Azure Data Factory). 
  • Statistical modeling or forecasting experience (time series, scenario analysis). 
  • Background in philanthropy, nonprofit development, or social impact organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and related integrations (Power BI, Excel, Power Platform), AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Clari Copilot/Clari Core), Snowflake and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
